Mental Health Leadership Role : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – NJ

A position where your clinical knowledge meets real-world impact. We're helping a respected organization hire an LCSW who’s ready to lead from the front lines of mental wellness.

Hours : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $100,000 – $110,000 / year, benefits included

Key Functions :

  • Deliver high-level psychosocial evaluations.
  • Guide clients using evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with support teams to streamline care.
  • Maintain detailed, timely records in accordance with policy.

Requirements

  • Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
  • Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
  • Clinical judgment and treatment planning expertise.
  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
