LPN Charge Nurse

Requirements:

• Must have an active LPN license in the State of Oklahoma
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage resident Neighborhood as a charge nurse
• Must have excellent judgment skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents
• Perform treatments/injections
• Communicate resident changes
• Assist with evaluations and care plans
• Serve as point of contact for residents, resident family members, CNA and CMA team members
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Shift:

• Full time 2nd shift M-F 230p-11p
• Full time 3rd shift Su-Th 1030p-7a
• Weekend Sat/Sun 630a-300p (AL Memory)
• PRN opportunities
