Sr. Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join our team. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for SRE teams and initiatives, helping Xometry build cost-effective, secure, fast, and reliable systems for our global marketplace.
Responsibilities :
- Define standards, metrics, and practices with engineering, product, and program management leaders to improve operational rigor, efficiency, and engineering velocity.
- Establish automated and self-service strategies to enhance operational efficiency and developer self-sufficiency.
- Champion and measure observability, monitoring, and metrics practices.
- Oversee development, configuration, and maintenance of foundational platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, and related systems.
- Manage observability and monitoring tools development and maintenance.
- Supervise development and management of CI / CD tools like GitHub Actions Runners and ArgoCD.
