Job Details

  • A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS / Tele nurse for a travel assignment.
  • The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact).
  • This position could float to sister facility in Mesa & is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
  • Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts.
  • A pass / fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).

    • Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience required.
  • Active BLS certification required.
  • Active ACLS certification required.
  • Active AZ license or compact license required.
  • Submissions cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months as a permanent staff employee.

    • Schedule Information

  • Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
  • Shifts : 7a-7p and 7p-7a.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Floating : Yes if needed to like facility - Mesa
  • Floor specific orientation : 2 days
  • Scrub Color : Navy Blue
  • Tele : Yes
  • Vents : No
  • IV Team : No
  • RT 24 / 7 : Yes
  • Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes (remote after 6pm)

    • Additional Details

  • COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval.
  • Travelers could float to sister facility in Mesa.
