Infusion Reimbursement Manager

A company is looking for an Infusion Reimbursement Manager to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day reimbursement activities from delivery to payment for all payer segments

Monitor cash flow, days sales outstanding (DSO), and bad debt losses to ensure profitability

Act as the first point of contact for escalation issues regarding billing and collections

Required Qualifications

5+ years of home infusion billing and collections experience

Knowledge of financial reporting and regulations related to healthcare billing and collections

Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with CPR+, CareTend, or Brightree systems preferred
