Job Title : Remote Event Specialist

Hourly Pay : $22 - $45 / hour

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish

• Coordinate event logistics including catering, decor, venue arrangements, and transportation
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Help create event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Monitor event budgets and assist in tracking expenses to stay within financial limits

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events

Qualifications

13 years of experience in event coordination or planning

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
