The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting materials and equipment to various job sites while ensuring the safe and efficient operations of heavy-duty vehicles which is critical for maintaining the workflow of our projects and requires a meticulous attention to detail, as well as adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

* Transport construction materials and equipment to job sites in a timely manner.

* Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

* Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during transportation.

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities and locations.

* Communicate effectively with team members and project managers regarding delivery schedules.

* Load and unload materials while ensuring secure transport and minimal waste.

* Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle to ensure optional performance.

* Any additional task or projects assigned by their supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

* Proven experience as a truck driver in the construction industry or similar field.

* Candidate must possess an OSHA 10 certifications or be willing to obtain one.

* Candidate must possess a PowerSafe Safety training certifications or be willing to obtain it.

* Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

* Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed.

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

* Physical fitness and strength to handle heavy loads during loading and unloading.

* Ability to navigate using maps, GPS, and other route planning tools.

* Successful candidate must complete a drug screening and background check prior to employment.
