Heavy Equipment Field Supervisor – CAT Machinery

• Managing Construction Equipment (CAT) Field Technicians in the NYC Metro. Great opportunity for former equipment / diesel engine mechanics, union labor supervisors, etc.

Pay : $90,000 - $110,000 / year (depending on prior relevant experience)

Bonus : 15% bonus potential

Responsibilities :

Successfully deliver and sell service of recognized superior value by providing necessary key resources (people, tooling, materials, equipment, and time)

Maximize the effective and efficient use of the service processes to provide fast and accurate service and minimize unnecessary expense

Successfully build and maintain a culture of safety through successful completion of all safety initiatives and enforcing safe work habits

Staff and develop people to achieve all key results to make our service function strong

Maintain the Field Service fleet in a cost-effective and safe manner

Contribute to positive customer experiences by maintaining the professionalism, appearance, and accessibility of our facilities
