A company is looking for a Cryopreservation Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage insurance authorization requests, claim submissions, and charge postings for cryo-storage services

Conduct follow-ups on unpaid claims and collaborate with internal departments and insurance representatives to resolve issues

Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the billing cycle

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant hands-on experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in billing and collections

Proficiency in computer use and medical software programs

Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Experience in fertility billing and collections is preferred
