Data Entry Specialist | 8 Week Contract | The Loop

1. Client : Large Public Accounting Firm
2. Location: The Loop, Chicago, IL (onsite)
3. Duration: 1/19 thru March
4. Pay Rate: $35 (W2)

Overview:

We're supporting a leading professional services firm on a short-term data entry and digital records project in The Loop.

This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft 365 tools who thrives in a professional, fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Enter and organize data with accuracy and consistency
2. Digitize, tag, and upload documents using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
3. Maintain attention to detail and data integrity throughout
4. Collaborate with office staff to meet daily and weekly goals
5. Handle confidential information with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Reliable, punctual, and efficient
4. Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred

Schedule:

1. Standard business hours, Monday-Friday (onsite) off 12/24 & 12/25
2. Business casual environment
