Datacenter Network Technician Lead must have extensive Fiber experience within a Datacenter.

Job Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber and network cabling, configure switches and routers, and resolve network-related issues.
- Actively monitor, update, and manage the client's ticketing system in real time, following provided guidelines.
- Handle hands-on tasks such as installing and connecting servers or network appliances, rebooting equipment, verifying status indicators, conducting inventory checks, and escorting visitors when needed.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and build effective relationships with end users and stakeholders.
- Conduct visual inspections of third-party equipment, such as carrier or provider network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with in-scope data center equipment, including servers, backup systems, storage devices, and network appliances.
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults in network devices such as security sensors, vulnerability scanners, and network sniffers.
- Test and verify network cables and jacks to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform cable patching and end-to-end network connections as needed.
- Provide after-hours support during critical maintenance activities, including major network upgrades.
