Family Health Center Administrative Support
Welcome to the Family Health Center in Santa Monica! In this role you will provide administrative and patient care support to the Family Health Center in the UCLA Department of Family Medicine. Assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic, from registration to discharge. Work as a member of the clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Check-in / out patients
- Answering phone lines
- Serve as liaison between outpatients and programs in administrative matters
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information
Salary Range : $26.42-37.49 Hourly
