Summary : The Business Development Specialist will serve as a key ambassador for our organization, focusing on building relationships with community partners, promoting awareness of our mental health services, and generating client referrals. This role combines networking, community engagement, and strategic outreach to connect underserved individuals with the care they need. The ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful, with a talent for building partnerships and a passion for helping others.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Outreach and Engagement :

• Identify and establish relationships with referral sources, such as schools, clinics, community centers, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular site visits, presentations, and community events to promote our services.
• Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures, to key stakeholders and potential clients.
• Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to build visibility.
