Position : Permanent MD / DO - Primary Care

Location : Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Conduct routine health screenings, immunizations, and preventive care.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.

Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications :

Board-certified or board-eligible MD / DO.

Valid New Jersey state medical license.

Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
