We are seeking  Medical Assistants to join our healthcare team. These roles require strong clerical skills, clinical competency, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist physician or nurse supervisor with patient care, exams, and treatments

Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for procedures

Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, blood pressure, EKGs, and lab tests

Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in electronic systems

Prepare and clean examination rooms; disinfect and restock supplies as needed

Support patients and families; promptly report status changes to charge nurse

Ensure patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications :

Minimum 6 months of supervised clinical experience within the past 2 years

Strong clerical and computer skills

Two positive clinical references from supervisory or charge staff

Completed competency checklist in specialty area

Successful score of 80%+ on a clinical proficiency test

Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) if required by unit

Current health clearance, including Hepatitis B documentation and negative TB test or chest x-ray

Preferred :

Previous OB / GYN or intake / primary care experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills
