Position Overview: Technical Sales Associate (TSA)

Power/mation offers an exciting opportunity through our paid 12-18 month Technical Sales Associate (TSA) Program designed to prepare you for a career in Outside Sales in the industrial automation field. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to innovative solutions that transform industries while working in different areas of our business. Start dates for this program are January 2026 or June 2026, which makes this an excellent opportunity for a December 2025 or May 2026 graduate to launch a career.

What We're Looking For:
We seek motivated, high-energy individuals with excellent communication and customer relation skills. If you have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, factory automation, or related fields, you'll be well-equipped to thrive in this program. Although not required, we strongly prefer a technical or engineering degree (or equivalent experience). A passion for learning new technologies and problem-solving skills are must-haves, as are strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
