Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver podiatric care to residents in various long-term and senior care settings.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the feet and lower limbs.
  • Provide preventive care, focusing on high-risk patients, particularly those with diabetes.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers about mobility and foot health.
  • Work collaboratively with facility staff to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • Engage in Medicare quality programs to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Document clinical encounters using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.

    • What We Are Looking For

  • A Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree is required.
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Preferred experience in long-term care or nursing home environments.
  • BLS certification is required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced, independent settings.
  • Capability to lift or carry up to 15 lbs. as needed.

    • Compensation Details

  • Providers earn a percentage based on the revenue they generate. This means your earning potential directly correlates with your patient volume and caseload size. Full details about our compensation model will be discussed in the interview.
