About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced, sales-driven team in the financial services industry.
Hours : Monday Friday 8am 5pm (40 hours a week)
Department : Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data-related requests
- Generate reports and summaries as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and quality
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plusAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer
