Counselor 153 - Warren County NJ Salary : $42,000 per year plus Sign on Bonus $2,500 Responsibilities : Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Warren County with 24 / 7 coverage required Case management and case documentation Case conference with CP&P and other providers Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field with 1.5+ years of experience with families Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends. Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history.
