Additional details of the contract are below : Position : Physical Therapist Location : Chicago, IL Pay Rate (Local) : $70 per hour Total Travel Package : $3,098.00 / week

• Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package
• Taxable Wages = $1,460.00 / week Weekly Housing Allowance = $994.00 / week Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00 / week Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,733.00 Schedule : 40 hours / week, 5x8 hour shifts 8 : 00AM to 4 : 30PM Monday - Friday (No weekends!)
