What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the Front: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on with the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while jumping in and helping wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service).
- Manage Operations: Oversee the production line, maintain quality standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.
- Support & Develop Your Team: Lead by example, provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow and succeed.
- Maintain a Positive Culture: You’ll create a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere—whether you’re coaching your team or serving guests, the goal is always to inspire excellence.
- Follow Structured Procedures: We’re a franchise with a strong corporate backbone, meaning everything we do is backed by a proven system that’s designed for success.

- Leadership Experience: You have previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in a fast-paced, production-based environment.
- Hands-On Approach: You’re excited to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.
- Team Development: You’re skilled in coaching and mentoring younger crew members, helping them grow into top-performing team players.
- Open Availability: You’re flexible and can work across various shifts within our operating hours of 5 AM-11 PM.
- Reliable: You have a driver’s license, your own vehicle, and dependable transportation to get to work.
- Positive Attitude & Strong Communication Skills: You excel in leading by example, motivating your team, and delivering exceptional results.
- Must Be At Least 18 years Of Age
