About Us :

Key Connections ABA Services (KCABAS) focuses on individualized care through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are committed to compassionate, client-centered treatment in collaboration with families and other providers.

Job Summary : Position : Part-Time

Pay : $23.00-$28.00 / hour

Behavior Technicians / Behavior Therapists / ABA therapists implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by BCBAs. Work takes place in our center, clients' homes, and the community.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct behavior services in individual / group sessions
  • Implement ABA and Verbal Behavior programs
  • Collect daily data on client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBA's on treatment plans
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ensure client safety during sessions

Qualifications :

  • 1+ year experience with children / adults with autism, or a related degree
  • Reliable transportation & proof of vehicle insurance

    • Schedule :

  • Flexible; Current caseloads available morning / afternoon / evening shifts.
