Your Impactful Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages daily talent acquisition activities within the Human Resources department. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting initial phone screenings and coordinating subsequent hiring steps. The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs, build strong relationships, and efficiently fill open positions with top talent.

Qualifications

Must be able to deal with aggressive, hostile, and sometimes irrational behavior of patients and family members and can respond to all patients in a calm and professional manner.
