Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure that production targets are met
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company objectives
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
