10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W-2 Entry Level Class A CDL Truck Drivers based in Sherman, Illinois, for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level role is suitable for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience; qualified candidates receive a paid training program and mentor support. Drivers are assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Employment type : Full-time W-2

Equipment : Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors

Typical freight : No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
