We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer and EDI Analyst to join our team in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing electronic data interchange processes while working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Create and implement technical specifications for data modeling and system integration.
• Work with Sage 300 to address accounting-related requirements and ensure system efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL and mSQL for database development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Provide technical support and act as a resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity across all systems.
• Develop and document processes and workflows for system enhancements.
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL development and EDI analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and mySQL for database management and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Sage 300 and its applications in accounting processes.
• Ability to create and interpret technical specifications and data models.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
