Our client-a nationally recognized, award-winning multidisciplinary engineering firm-is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join their dynamic MEPFP team in North Carolina . This role can sit remotely in North Carolina with regular travel to the Greensboro, NC headquarters.

What You'll Do :
- Lead Projects from Start to Finish : Manage multiple projects through all phases-from concept to construction-with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
- Design Excellence : Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
- Field Coordination : Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success.
- Client Engagement : Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews.
- Financial Oversight : Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes.
- Mentorship : Guide junior engineers and foster team development.
- Business Development : Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations.
