What we are looking for

We are looking for a new Truck / Shift lead, a pivotal role in building a robust Team and running one of our eight food trucks. Your contribution will be instrumental in improving our products and services.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day operation :

  • Safely operate our food truck to transport people and goods to various locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Ensure Food Quality and follow SOPs
  • Ensure Health and Safety Compliance
  • Protect Assets and stay on top of maintenance
  • Training and supervising team members
  • Provide excellent customer service

    • Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance, mechanical and electrical understanding.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if necessary.
