09 / 16 / 2025 6601 Lyndale AveSuite 150, Richfield, Minnesota, 55423, United States of America DaVita is hiring a FLOAT Registered Nurse to serve our dialysis patients and help manage our clinical teams int he greater Richfield, MN area.Dialysis experience not required. We will train you!

• After training is complete and you feel comfortable in the role, this RN position will float to our other outpatient clinics in the greater Richfield, MN area, within a 30 minute radius of your home clinic
• $2.75 float shift differential offered while in the float pool
• Shifts start as early as 5 AM
• Schedule : Work 3-4 days / week, 10 - 12 hours / day (every other Saturday, closed on Sundays!)
• Extensive training : First 9 - 12 weeks of employment, group and 1 : 1 hands-on training
• Growth opportunities : Charge Nurse, Nurse Preceptor, Home Therapies
• Must have a minimum of 12 months of RN experience
