This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : December - April, clinic and call

Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Types of Cases : general adult urology

Credentialing Timeframe : 0-30 days, temporary privileges available

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

Certifications Required : Must be board certified

Licensure Required : willing to have a licensing candidate
