Integrated Duals Program Coordinator

A company is looking for an Integrated Duals Program Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities

Support care coordination and engagement activities, ensuring timely and member-centered services

Act as the first point of contact for complex member and provider escalations, coordinating timely resolutions

Mentor and support junior staff, ensuring consistency in documentation and workflow processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a social science or healthcare-related field preferred

Three (3) years of experience in healthcare required; four (4) years preferred

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of local, state, and federal healthcare laws and regulations

Strong understanding and respect for cultural and demographic diversity
