Certified Surgical Technologist- Labor and Delivery, Nights
Shift: Full Time, Night Shift, 3-12’s (flexible scheduling hours/days), NO CALL
$10,000 FOR STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENTS

As a Certified Surgical Technologist at North Knoxville Medical Center , you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

• Current BLS from AHA or ARC
• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technologists.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Must be certified and maintain surgical tech license from The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.

About the Job:

• Assists surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up for operations and passing items to doctors and nurses as needed. Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
