Veeva Architect What You'll Do Serve as a trusted advisor with 20% program / engagement management, 50% analysis, and 30% technical responsibilities, leveraging deep knowledge of Veeva commercial applications. Act as a subject-matter expert in meetings with senior management and executives. Translate complex client and vendor concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. Assess customer challenges and technology gaps, recommending solutions to enable success. Expand expertise in Life Sciences and Veeva solutions, staying current with industry trends. Deliver high-quality assessments, health checks, and commercial architecture designs. Evaluate customer capabilities and develop best practices to optimize CRM solutions. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Commercial IT Architecture within Life Sciences. Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault, Veeva MedComms, and Veeva Data Cloud. Familiarity with upcoming Veeva AI and Agentic AI capabilities. Proven ability to lead teams and clients through complex initiatives. Strong background in commercial solutions architecture, data architecture, data governance, API integrations, and external system connectivity. In-depth knowledge of pharma / life sciences commercial operations. Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%). Nice to Have Prior consulting experience. Veeva certifications (e.g., Vault Platform Administrator, CRM Administrator). Knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud applications. Experience with pharma or medical device companies. Familiarity with business process development, SOPs, governance, and program management.
