Legacy House of Park Lane in Farmington, UT is looking to hire a part-time Facility Maintenance Assistant / Handyman to keep our assisted living facility in great shape. Are you highly energetic? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FACILITY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT / HANDYMAN

As a Facility Maintenance Assistant / Handyman, you help to take care of the maintenance, protection, and overall appearance of our assisted living facility and grounds. Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, you complete requests from our residents. Whether you're painting, cleaning, or hanging pictures, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life. Every day is different, and you love the variety in your job!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FACILITY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT / HANDYMAN

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

No experience is required - we will train you! Do you enjoy working with your hands? Are you self-motivated and willing to learn? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time position offers flexible 4-hour and 8-hour shift options .
