Requirements :

Responsibilities :
I need you to assist in implementing network modifications, expansions, and migrations for client projects.Support the configuration and management of firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs.Respond promptly to alerts and resolve network incidents or escalations.Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices, including firmware, patches, and configuration backups.Monitor the performance of client and internal networks using tools like FortiCloud, Auvik, or others.Identify bottlenecks, failures, and security issues by analyzing logs, SNMP traps, NetFlow data, and performance metrics.Collaborate with security teams to detect and mitigate network dangers (e.g., DDoS, unauthorized access, or misconfigurations).Ensure that network segmentation, VLANs, ACLs, and security policies are properly enforced across various environments.Document and maintain compliance with best practices, policies, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, CIS Controls).Provide assistance with network-related service tickets and client escalations.Troubleshoot latency, throughput, DNS, DHCP, and wireless connectivity problems.Liaise with ISPs and external vendors to resolve service disruptions and circuit issues.Keep up-to-date network diagrams, configuration documentation, and device inventories in systems like IT Boost.Help maintain overall ticket hygiene by addressing stale or overdue tickets.Assist in producing uptime and performance reports for internal and client review.Be prepared to work outside of typical business hours as needed.Track changes and incidents using PSA and ITSM tools (e.g., ConnectWise).Technologies :
