Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations, oversee complex financial reporting, and ensure the integrity of their general ledger. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings strong technical accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Manage consolidations across multiple entities, including eliminations and adjustments.
  • Handle all intercompany transactions, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Lead heavy general ledger (GL) work, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain and apply proper lease accounting under ASC 842, including tracking, classification, and reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and other teams to support financial insights.
  • Assist with external audits by providing schedules, documentation, and process explanations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, internal controls, and system efficiencies.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in consolidations and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 842 lease accounting.
  • Proven experience managing intercompany transactions and complex GL reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    • Salary Range : $105-115K, depending on experience
