We’re hiring a Data Analyst for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze data and share insights and reports with internal stakeholders, working closely with outside teams
• Effectively utilize operational data, online hiring platforms and marketing data to find the best candidates for open positions at the company
• Develop expansion plans in new markets and build brand awareness to help drive new applications
• Proactively consume data to discover key areas to improve recruitment, employee retention, and employee engagement
