Learning & Development Corporate Intern
SRS Distribution, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, currently operates under a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 760 locations across 47 states.
The Learning & Development (L&D) Corporate Intern will play an integral role in supporting the development of SRS's current and future leaders. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to how corporate learning programs are designed, delivered, and continuously improved across a fast-growing organization.
This internship offers meaningful, real-world experience in learning operations, program support, and learner engagement and serves as an entry point into post-graduate, full-time opportunities within SRS Distribution.

As an L&D Corporate Intern, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs. You'll collaborate closely with Learning & Development team members and internal stakeholders while contributing to multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities may include :
Supporting project and timeline management for multiple L&D programs and initiativesAssisting with the creation and formatting of learning materials, presentations, toolkits, and visual assetsHelping manage content within learning platforms (LMS, collaboration tools, virtual event technology)Coordinating logistics for training sessions, workshops, or virtual learning eventsCollecting and organizing learner feedback, survey results, and participation dataAssisting with reporting and summarizing insights for dashboards or program updatesParticipating in ad-hoc projects focused on learner experience, engagement, or process improvementThis role provides exposure to how learning programs scale in a high-growth, field-driven organization.

Ability to provide unofficial transcriptActively in University, obtaining a Bachelors or master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field by Spring 2027.Candidates who have a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, reliable transportation, are authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship in the US and will pass criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test will be considered.Experience with platforms like Excel, Power BI, Canva, etc. a plusDemonstrated involvement in team-based projects, student organizations, or leadership rolesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationshipsNot the right job for you?
