Key Responsibilities
Own Unit Renewal, Net Revenue Retention, and Growth Goals for high-value members, driving organic growth through engagement and referrals
Oversee Strategic Account Servicing by developing tailored strategies that align offerings with members' evolving priorities
Coach and mentor Member Success partners, establishing high standards for account planning and member communication
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives
Highly developed executive presence and strong facilitation skills
Experience in building and executing servicing motions or tools
Commercially minded, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating against revenue goals
