  • $530K plus salary
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 in retention incentives over five years.
  • Manageable caseload with no cardiac or trauma cases
  • Diverse caseload : endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and urology
  • Hospital-employed position with full benefits and retirement plan
  • 12 weeks PTO
