Kaizen Collision Center is under new ownership and building a better collision repair experience. We are hiring an experienced Body Technician with Tesla and EV repair experience to join our Lemon Grove team.

Kaizen means continuous improvement—we invest in OEM repairs, advanced equipment, and our technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Perform body repairs on Tesla and electric vehicles

• Follow Tesla OEM procedures and EV safety standards

• Repair aluminum and high-strength steel

• Deliver safe, high-quality repairs

Qualifications:

• Tesla repair experience required (certification preferred)

• EV or OEM collision repair experience

• Aluminum repair experience preferred

• Team-oriented and detail-focused

• Ability to meet California safety and workplace standards

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110K–$200K annual earning potential
