Position Summary :
The Client Services Representative (CSR) develops and maintains relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role serves as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are clearly understood, issues are resolved promptly, and services consistently meet expectations.
Responsibilities of the Role :
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of satisfactionDevelop a deep understanding of clients’ business models, goals, and challenges to proactively identify solutions that align with their needsMaintain a regular cadence of meetings and check-ins to review performance, discuss opportunities, and ensure client retentionCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle) to address client issues and deliver timely, accurate resolutionsAnalyze client data, performance trends, and feedback to recommend process improvements and program enhancementsSupport contract renewals, pricing discussions, and new service proposals by preparing quotes and assisting with RFP responsesTrack account health, monitor performance metrics, and escalate potential risks or unmet needs to leadershipTrain client contacts and their teams on processes, systems, or program updates to drive success and complianceParticipate in client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to steady-state managementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, issues, and deliverablesPerform other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by management.Requirements of the Role :
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 4 years of experience in account management, client services, or related customer-facing roleProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize competing demandsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholdersExperience interpreting data and translating trends into recommendationsExperience working in a growth-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to changesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailPossesses self-motivation to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications :
