You'll have mentorship, volume, and the freedom to build your niche-whether that's robotics, uro-oncology, endourology, or good ol' bread-and-butter. Clinic? Up to 40 patients a day-with midlevel support. Surgery? All the toys and none of the drama. Lifestyle?
