Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and format legal documents and presentations using MS Office Suite
Troubleshoot document issues and provide production support for closings and filings
Collaborate with team members to complete high-volume, time-sensitive assignments
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a document specialist in a law firm or professional services environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with legal terminology and document standards
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
