Position Overview :

We are looking for a Finance Associate to support our day‑to‑day financial operations and help ensure accurate, timely reporting. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable working with numbers, systems, and financial statements, and who wants broad exposure across budgeting, reporting, AR / AP, and sales commissions.

You’ll work closely with the finance team to pull and analyze financial data to make strategic business recommendations, manage accounts payable and receivables, routinely calculate sales commissions, and support month‑end close.

What You’ll Do :

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Pull financial reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Reconcile actuals vs. budget, investigate variances, and provide clear explanations and strategic recommendations to the finance team.
• Assist with the preparation of internal financial dashboards and management reports.
