    • About the Role

    The Company is in search of a Head of Legal Technology, Innovation, and Operations to lead a transformative team dedicated to driving productivity, innovation, and performance within the legal function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical infrastructure that supports legal work, with a focus on smarter workflows, intelligent automation, and data-driven strategies. This role requires a strategic vision for a world-class legal operations function and the ability to turn that vision into reality. The Head will be at the forefront of the legal technology roadmap, ensuring the ethical and responsible rollout of AI, and will be a key influencer in the company's IT and product roadmaps. Operational management, financial oversight, and a strong emphasis on data analytics are also integral to the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of legal technology and operations experience, with a proven track record of partnering with senior legal leaders. The role demands a leader with a history of trusted collaboration with IT and R&D teams, deep experience in generative AI solutions for legal practice, and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, data management, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A service-oriented, professional approach with a focus on building trusted relationships is essential, as is a demonstrated interest in technology and a technical degree.
