Emergency Medicine Physician

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Night 12 Pay Rate : $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Nocturnist only; nights needed in the newly renovated 22-bed ED

Annual volume : 60,000 annual ED visits; 17% admission rate, 15% pediatrics, 9% critical care

NP / PA Coverage : 62 hours of APP coverage; 44 hours of physician coverage (10- and 12-hour night shifts)

Back up specialties available : ICU responsibilities and open ICU, details TBD

EMR : MyHealthONE (HCA Florida’s integrated system)

Certifications required : Board Certified (EM or FM / IM with EM experience), ACLS and BLS (AHA); must have active Florida license and DEA

Credentialing timeframe : 45 days
