This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work our 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours of 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM EST. The Department is open 365 days a year.

We offer 6 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm EST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities :

This is a challenging role with serious impact. You'll need strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interact with other departments to obtain original claims processing details. You'll act as a subject matter expert for your team on applicable regulatory guidelines and privacy policies.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
