• As an AT&T Sales Representative, You Will Be :
• Engaging with customers in person at their homes to answer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the client’s products and services by attending client meetings and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes, sales techniques, and industry best practices
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to new and existing customers
• Problem-solving customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner
• Gathering data and tracking sales to follow up with managers and the team on possible improvements to our sales techniques
• AT&T Sales Representative Requirements
• Experience in customer service, customer support, sales, communications, and / or leadership roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time availability to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent customer relations
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage in interactions and clear communication with both customers and team members
• Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs, build relations, and answer all inquiries
• Dependability, time management, and punctuality This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
