A company is looking for a Data Center Network Modeling Technician III.
Key Responsibilities
Document, edit, and manage Inside Plant (ISP) fiber assets and connectivity within data centers and Points-of-Presence (POPs)
Review engineering diagrams and vendor documentation to translate physical information into accurate digital records
Assist in ensuring data accuracy and logical structure of the data center model, performing data checks and resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Foundational knowledge or interest in telecommunications construction techniques, networking principles, or fiber optic technology
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and meticulous when working with data
Proficiency with Google suite, especially Sheets, and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
Understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining clear process documentation
Exposure to specialized fiber network management software is desirable
